It’s been another great week of remote learning for Class Two and you’ve continued to impress us with the effort and enthusiasm you’re putting into your learning. Very well done Class Two.
This week we began to learn about our new story ‘The Elves and the Shoemaker.’ We’ve been doing lots of activities to get to know the story like drawing story maps and have enjoyed hearing your thoughts and ideas about the story.
In maths we’ve continued to learn about multiplication and division. Many of you have impressed us with your resourcefulness, using different objects to help make equal groups by sharing. Daisy used playdough and Tommy used Oxo cubes. Brilliant!
We all understand how important it is to stay active and fit and we’ve enjoyed seeing photos of you cycling, doing yoga, walking and trampolining. Keep it up Class Two.
As you know, we also value the importance of reading so well done to those of you continuing to read every day.
We’ve carried on learning about significant individuals from the past in our ‘Movers and Shakers’ project and this week you’ve created time lines and thought carefully about facts and opinions. What an interesting topic.
Please take a look at the photos below of many of you completing the learning this week. We’ve also included some photos of the wonderful magic boxes you made last week.
Keep doing all you’re doing Class Two. We look forward to hearing from you again next week.
Happy weekend!
