The Feeling Photo
In Stormbreak this afternoon, Year 4 participated in a game called ‘The Feeling Photo’. The children were each given an emotion (feeling). They then had to use facial expressions and their body language in order to portray their feeling for their team.
I must say, it was a fiercely competitive contest, however in the end it ended in stalemate (4-4). After the session, we discussed the fact that it’s ok to feel different emotions- butterflies in your stomach, excitement, stress or frustration are part of life. We also discussed the importance of self-care. Knowing what you can do to help turn your negative emotions into positive ones and this can be different for different people.
Below are some photos of the children portraying different emotions. Can you guess how they are feeling?
