The Queen is celebrating her Platinum Jubilee next week – during half term. It looks like she didn’t plan her coronation around the school holidays!

Not to be downhearted by this, FOSS and the school staff joined together to organise an afternoon of tea and drinks on the lawn (well, our field) in celebration of the Queen’s wonderful achievement. Thanks to the staff for making such lovely cakes for the children and to FOSS for looking after everyone to make sure everyone got what they wanted. A great team effort – I’m sure the Queen would be impressed!
