We like to move it in Reception!

What an exciting day as scientists!

In our class, we explored how moving has an impact on our hearts. We found out that:

When you are resting, your heart beats slowly.

When you are moving, your heart beats faster.

We tried different activities to help us find this out, as well as exploring different ways we can move.

Here we are exploring. Look out for:

  • Keepy Uppy with balloons
  • Throwing and catching
  • Animal walks (crabs and frogs)
  • Cycling when lying down!
