It’s been a week of predictions in Year 6. Predicting what will happen in ‘Kidnapped’, our new Talk 4 Writing model text, was one thing but forecasting how quickly mold will start to appear on the pieces of bread we are using to conduct a scientific investigation into microorganisms was quite another! Bread safely sealed inside transparent bags, all Year 6 can do now is sit back and keep a wary eye on the microorganisms that develop. In the meantime if anyone comes across a moldy piece of bread around the school please don’t throw it away. You might just spoil our experiment!
