Making pizza – our visit to Pizza Express.
Different types of bread.
Learning our letter sounds and blending to read simple words.
Role-play cooking and baking
Our book of the week is: Zed’s Bread (Nick Manning)

At home can you… Make sure your child can recall all of the letter sounds introduced so far – this will really help with blending to read.

If anyone has any old kitchen utensils (clean) they don’t want any more, please send them in so we can use them with the sand and water. This could include saucepans, baking trays, bun trays, wooden spoons….
