Tennis Time!
What an afternoon we’ve had in Year Three! We were collected after lunch and chaperoned to Wey Valley Tennis Centre in order to participate in an action-packed afternoon of – you guessed it – tennis!
The children merged with two other schools and participated in a wide number of workshops that tested their forehand, backhand, ball skills and reciprocity.
A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. A huge thank you to Mrs Cockett for helping to look after the pupils and to all of the Wey Valley students and teachers who taught us a thing or two about the sport.
