This week in Year 1 we have been looking at positional language, in particular when queuing. We have focused on where the front is, which helps us to know who is ‘1st’ and where the end is which helps us to know who it last. From next week we will be applying this, looking at positions from left to right.

For example, Miss Curtis is 2nd from the right.

Please help at home by practicing this during day to day situations or looking at family pictures, this does not need to be recorded however it does link into this weeks spellings.
