As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Year 1 took part in a Stormbreak called Copy Cat. This Stormbreak was an adapted version of follow the leader and saw the children working as a team. They took it in turns to be at the front of line and come up with an action that the rest of the line could copy. By the end of the game, everyone was very out of puff and needed a rest!

We discussed how some children enjoyed being the leader, whereas others didn’t and how we all enjoy different things, and that’s OK.

We did all agree that we liked learning outside in the sunshine!
