Flower art -textures

This week in art the children have been looking at texture.  They have used cardboard, string and foil to make flower art that was bumpy and shiny.  They then used cardboard, tissue paper and pva glue to create flower inspired art that was soft and wrinkly.  With Mrs Clark they also used clay to create sculptures that were spiky and bumpy using bubble wrap!

In maths we have finished our ‘Time’ unit, but please still continue to look at analogue clocks at home, and maybe even have a quick quiz at different times of the day!

Have a lovely weekend, stay safe!

Andrea, Mrs Clark & Mrs Harris.
