This afternoon, Year 6 were visited by Lauren and Becca from MHST for their final workshop of the year.

The session started by revisiting some key points they have explored in previous sessions such as Thinking Traps and Support Systems.

The focus of the remainder of the workshop was to discuss changes and uncertainties they may have as they move up to secondary school. They explored these by putting their thoughts on trial. The class created their own version of a court room which consisted of: a jury, a defence team, a prosecution team, court room sketch artists and a gallery. This activity was a great way for children to share their thoughts about moving up to secondary school and problem solve as a group.
