Goldilocks continued…

This week we carried on with our Goldilocks theme in our writing. We read an alternative version of the story called ‘Me and You’ which gives the tale a slightly different spin. The children have produced some FANTASTIC pieces of writing and there are a few examples below. We focused on writing from a characters perspective and worked hard to make sure our stories made sense.

In our computing session today, we learnt about how different pieces of IT depend on other pieces in order to work. This was good fun (bare with us…). We used a supermarket as an example. One person was the customer, someone was the ‘barcode scanner’ and someone else was a ‘till’. We were able to explore how information is passed from one piece of technology to another.

Finally, the big news of the week is that we have a new trophy up for grabs each week. This is awarded to the table who show the best listening skills each week. As a prize, they all get a cushion for their chair next week!

Here are this week’s winners – well done!
