Wonderful Wednesday!
Phonics: Letters and Sounds lesson 47.
Picture of the day: Some more tiny, perfect things for you to look at today. Look at these beautiful flowers – so many colours, shapes and sizes. All of the petals are different too. Which ones do you think the bees like the best?
Write a description of one or more of the flowers and use some interesting words to describe them.
Maths: White Rose Maths – Day 3 of Oliver’s Vegetables.

Lots of pictures to talk about today – have fun!
Other Activities
Design a flower: Design a flower of your own! Draw a picture of your amazing flower.
What colour will the flower be?
Will it be a tall or short flower?
Will it be on a bush or stand on its own?
What sort of petals will it have?
Will it have leaves or just a stem?
Dough Disco: Have fun with this episode today – do you remember this one? Let’s have another go.
Getting Outside: Make a nature collector to take on a nature walk outside. You will need to find some card ( I found some from a box I had) first. Cut out a shape- try a square, rectangle, heart or circle. Then wrap some string, a pipe cleaner or an elastic band round the shape. Take this with you on your walk. When you see a tiny treasure you like, tuck it behind the string/pipe cleaner/elastic band.
When you have finished, talk about and describe your treasures.
