Using this picture, explain how stars are made.
What are stars made from?
Is this man the only person making stars?
Are there any specific tools or equipment needed to make stars?
How do the stars get into the sky when they’re ready?
How long do they last?
Is this really how stars are made?

Other Activities
Drawing Challenge: Here is another Draw with Rob session – another dinosaur for you to draw.
Crafty fun: Explore making pictures using tin foil or shiny paper. Have a selection in a tray to use then let your imagination take over. You could tear pieces to stick and make a planet, or even a star, You could just explore sticking, folding and creating a shiny picture. Use pens or pencils if you would like to add any detail to your picture. If you have any black or dark blue paper, stick onto that for contrast.
Here is one idea.
Getting Outside: Take small mirrors outside with you today (follow adult instruction to use them safely). Put them on the ground and collect natural objects to put on the mirrors to create a picture. Hold objects in front of the mirror to see the reflection. Talk about what you can see.
Cosmic Yoga: Try out this space-themed episode.
