Today we would like to find out how well you have learnt your spellings this week.  Grown-ups, please read the following sentences to your child for them to write:

The parcel needs an address label.
The train went through the dark tunnel.
Dry yourself with this warm, fluffy towel.
The squirrel ran quickly up the tree.

Today we would like you to carefully reread the story of Pandora’s Box then answer these questions.  Remember to answer in full sentences, just like you would at school.  Please write in your exercise book.

Today, we would like you to have a look at Lesson 2: Counting Money on pages 19 and 20 in the Maths No Problem Textbook. The focus of this lesson is to add the value of notes in pounds and recognise the £ sign.  Please check that you are counting the value of each note and not counting the number of notes.  Please do not write in the Text book on page 20.

We would then like you to have a go at Worksheet 2 – page 22 in the Maths No Problem Workbook.
