This week we are going to learn some of the words that we are learning to read in phonics.

   like        little       put    there (lots of us are still finding this one tricky)

If your child can confidently spell these words please support them to apply the word in a simple sentence. For example . The little boy likes jumping.

Maths

This week we have been comparing numbers looking at one more and one less.

Please support at home this week by practicing finding one more and one less than a given number within 20. You could do this using objects at home – such as lego or cubes.
