We now have two spelling groups – make sure you learn the correct spellings for your group.

Super Spellers – fast   last   past   any   many

Sparkly Spellers – played   screamed   zoomed   shouted   dripped   stopped   skipped   nodded

We have been learning the spelling rules for these words at school but it is really important to practise regularly at home.

Times Tables

Next week the test will focus on the 2 x table but the questions will be set out like __ x 2 = 24. How many 2s are in 24? The children should practise writing it like this.
