Do you know what a 2%er is?

They are enthusiastic, optimistic, energetic, effervescent and possess a ‘can-do’ mentality. They do everything just a bit better than they have to.  Research shows that they live longer, are more productive and raise the happiness levels of the people around them. It is suggested that only 2% of the population are these positive people but here at Southill we all try to be in the 2%. Every week we celebrate achievements of children who have pushed themselves a little harder, gone the extra mile and radiated positivity and kindness throughout our school.
