From studying the farmlands of the Auvers in France through Van Gogh’s paintings, to the abstract cubism by Picasso, there’s not a lot we don’t know about these two artists in Year 5.  Although we couldn’t pronounce Picasso’s full name, we know all about his numerous middle names!  We’ve painted acrylic paint onto canvasses and oil pastels onto paper—look how creative we have been.  So much fun has been had and time has just whizzed by way too quickly!  What an amazingly artistic start to our Arts Week.  Wonderful work year 5.  How will you choose what to exhibit in the gallery at the end of the week?  It will be a difficult decision!
