Wow Year 5!  What a brilliant first term we have had with so much to be proud of!  You have all coped so well with the challenges we have faced in the past few months and have continued to work at your absolute best at all times, well done everyone!

As is usual in Year 5, we have finished the term with a full packed week of learning!

We began with some fun and games whilst discussing anti-bullying in PSHE followed by a Zoom with the Rev. Matt to discuss the Christmas Story and what it means to different people.  The video call was helped by our pre-prepared, amazing questions which really got him thinking!

We then completed our Stargazers project with a rocket launch of our very own designed and created rockets, complete with astronaut payloads!  Check out the launches in the video below!

Add in a division treasure hunt, a Lost present maths mystery, a Stargazers Kahoot quiz, Christmas lunch,  Personal Baubles and a splash of festive fun and you can see why we need a break!
