Benchball – The Decider!
Despite the cold chill in the air, Year 4 made their way outside in order to play their final bout of Benchball! As this was the finale, Year 4 were split into three teams (captains chosen by The Wheel of Names) and competed against one another in order to be crowned…
‘The Ultimate Benchball Champions’
It was a fierce contest between the three teams and the standard of the matches was truly exceptional. What was really pleasing to see however is that every child, win or lose, had a smile on their face by the end of the afternoon. Children played reciprocally and demonstrated honesty, sportsmanship and thought tactically about how best to come out victorious. I very enjoyable, action-packed afternoon indeed!
I wonder what our next sport will be…
