Wow! A huge well done to year 2 for being so awesome this term.  You have come to school with such a positive attitude to your learning and we are so proud of all of you.

To finish the term we have had fun with the paper chain challenge – make the longest paper chain possible using just one sheet of A4 paper.  Have go at this one at home – the children used great problem solving, reasoning, teamwork and communication skills to work with their buddies on this one.  The winning paper chain was longer that Mrs Clark is tall!

On Tuesday we had our well earned marble jar treat – a pajama afternoon!

This week we enjoyed our Christmas dinner wearing our Christmas jumpers and the panto came to class.

Today we have enjoyed lots of Christmas stories, competed in a Christmas quiz and drew a snowman ‘beetle run’ style.  All you need is a dice so another fun game to try at home.
