Creating Cracking Pictures in Computing

We have been having lots of fun in our computing lessons. The children have been learning about how to create professional looking logos and drawings using Google. By using a range of lines and two-dimensional shapes, the children were able to replicate and create a variety of pictures and shapes. From Dominoes Pizza to Disney, Starbucks to Instagram, the children LOVED developing their computing skills.

In this unit , the children have developed the art of using keyboard shortcuts, rotating and resizing images and colour matching to make pictures look realistic and authentic.

Well done, Year 5. We may have some future graphic designers in the making…
