Land art or earth art is art that is made directly in the landscape, by sculpting materials or making structures in the landscape using natural materials such as rocks, twigs and other natural materials.  Year 5 had great fun experimenting and having a go at sculpting nature’s  materials using both wire and tape.  We then reflected on what both worked well, and what was aesthetically pleasing.  This activity will help us to plan and create a final piece of Earth Art later on this week.  We can’t wait!
