The spring term has drawn to a close and we certainly made the most of our final few days, planning and producing our own losing tales in English for our ‘Hot Task’, developing our understanding of tenths and hundredths in Maths and learning about the water cycle as part of our topic work.
In RE this half term, we have been learning about forgiveness in Christianity. Rev Matt kindly joined us this week through Google Meet to answer lots of our thoughtful questions, including:
Why is forgiveness so important to Christians?
Do Christians believe it is ever too late to forgive?
Why do Christians pray to God and ask for forgiveness?
We certainly learnt lots and I know that Rev Matt was very impressed by the questions that were asked.
Today we enjoyed a variety of Easter activities, including an Easter egg hunt this afternoon thanks to FOSS. Take a look at the photos below!
Happy Easter everyone! Stay safe and enjoy the holidays.
