Fitness Thursday – Skip2BFit!
This morning, our skipping ropes were carefully scattered onto the top playground for Southill Students to come and grab and skip to be the best that they could be! It’s quite simple…For 13 minutes, children have the chance to develop their skipping skills and then they complete the 2-minute challenge. Two whole minutes of solid skipping without stopping.
It was great fun and, as always, proved to be a really positive way to begin the day. A huge thank you to our Bronze Ambassadors for distributing and collecting the skipping ropes and leading by example, thank you to parents/guardians for getting the kids to school a little earlier than normal in order to participate in Fitness Thursday and thank you to Kevin for capturing the action using his camera.
