Welcome to our new model text in Year 5, Hansel and Gretel! We have spent lots of time learning this new story off by heart and have worked reciprocally to create a lovely performance of it for you to watch and enjoy!
It is brilliant to learn a new model text linked to each writing unit as this helps us to learn new language skills and tools, to magpie amazing vocabulary and to see how stories are structured and put together.
This term we are focusing on suspense, can you spot the suspense tools we have used?! Do you like the vocabulary and drama we have put into our performance?!
