Well year 5, it’s been an absolute pleasure this year. You are the sparkiest, most passionate, most fun class we’ve all had the pleasure to work with. Seeing how much you’ve all grown since September to now is incredible. We’ve seen you overcome personal hurdles, form amazing friendships, develop new talents, and grow up in so many ways. But above all, and what school is all about, we’re so proud of you all when it comes to your learning. We are confident that you are all ready for year 6!

We had a really fun day today. The day started with a final assembly, then a casual talent show in the hall, broken up by an extended morning break which the whole school earnt collectively reading over 50,000,000 words this year. After lunch, the class settled into games, drawing and chrome-book activities, before we got into the hall for a fun session of water pong. After that it was outside for extra play, with lots of hot and sweaty football and other such games!
