It’s beginning to look a LOT like Christmas…
On Monday afternoon with Mrs. Aitken, the children made some super snowmen using a broad range of materials. The children had to draw around a template, cut their snowman out carefully and then used pages from an old book in order to decorate it. They then created scarves and buttons which were stuck carefully on top of the template and painted the facial features to finish the decoration off in style!
The children then chose where they would like to hang their decoration and they are now all hanging beautifully on our Southill Christmas tree (don’t worry…you can see it tomorrow at Winter Fest). On the last day of term, the children will be able to bring these decorations home in order to brighten up your Christmas tree.
Well done, Year 4. They look marvellous!
