It was a very exciting day in Year 6 today… they were meeting up with their buddies for the first time!

The class visited the library and spent some time browsing through the books until they picked one they wanted to share with their buddy. Then they went down onto the playground in the sunshine to share their books and get to know each other.

There were smiles all round as the children shared stories and looked at the pictures in the books.

We are already looking forward to the next time we meet!
