Since half term, Year 5 have put down their footballs and have begun improving their hockey skills. Our lessons have included dribbling a hockey ball (which is very fast and hard) and pushing as well as hitting the ball. All of this, as well as having to keep our heads up in order to look to see where we are going. From weaving in and out of cones to shooting at a given target, the children have certainly been kept busy!
That is a lot of multitasking!
It has been great fun and we’ve been outside come rain or shine!
