Managing Our Mental Health
This afternoon, Year 6 learnt a little bit more about the importance of managing mental health. We need to look after our minds just as much as we look after our bodies.
It was officially ‘World Mental Health Day’ on Saturday 10th October, therefore to raise awareness and hopefully help others, Year 6 have put together a short film containing some terrific top tips that may help you manage your mental health.

I am Josh’s Grandmother and I know how I have felt especially at this tricky time and how lots of grandparents feel about maybe not being able to see their grandchildren as much as they would like. It can make us sad and fed up.
Being able to talk to one another and share feelings is good and your ‘top tips’ were great, thoughtful ideas that will really work and will help everyone, however old we are!
So Well Done Year 6…….you are stars!!!
