Mighty Measurers
Our learning in Maths- No Problem reached new heights today…literally!
We have been learning all about length and how different objects can be measured in millimetres (mm), centimetres (cm) and metres (m). We’ve also been learning how to convert between the three different measurements after finding out that 10mm are in 1cm, 100cm are in 1 metre and 1000mm are in 1 metre.
Using our understanding of length, the children were then tasked with measuring their height and recording their findings using all three units of measure.
An active, resourceful and very enjoyable lesson indeed. Well done, Year 6!

YASSS I kinda loved that lesson but it was a little tricky .
Ya it was so cool although slightly tricky to get measurements completely acurate
