Our first session of Ping Pong was a success! We learned how to hold the bat (or paddle) properly and practised our forehand drive. It took lots of practice just to learn about how hard you need to hit the ball i.e. not very hard – there were balls flying everywhere!! We had a good laugh and lots of children said they were surprised how much exercise they had got during the session. Ping Pong is a good sport. See you next week ping pongers!
