It was a rainy day so we had a go at PE in the classroom today! We all enjoyed a very mindful yoga session inspired by ‘Monkey business’ from Get Set 4 PE. The children loved making monkey shapes and all our positive thoughts brought the sun out so we were eventually able to head outside for a lovely playtime. We’ve also been busy learning our model text which we’ve started to write this week. We’re so impressed with the children’s beautiful sentences. In maths we’re counting on and back within ten and finding one more and one less. We’ve also had a lovely time outside looking for autumn leaves and exploring a huge sunflower head – what a lot of seeds!
