Year 2 have been very lucky to experience Relax Kids sessions in PE this half term. The children have enjoyed these with Sian, our Relax Kids coach, and have learnt lots of new skills. Each session consists of warming our bodies up with different movements such as moving like forest animals, ‘scanning’ our bodies to relax all of our muscles, guided meditation, and massaging our friends. We also use the Relax Kids Pants of Peace book in class for some guided meditation to calm our minds ready for learning. Well done, Year 2!
