RIVETING REVIEWS…
There’s nothing Year 6 like better than tucking into a good book! Since returning to school, the children have had the chance to share books they’ve read to the rest of the class and explain what they like about them. For these book recommendations, the children are required to prepare a presentation about the book explaining what the book is about, why they like it and are even required to perform some of the story to the class. So far, we have had presentations about the following books:
Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone – By J.K Rowling
Ratburger – By David Walliams
Remember Me – By Christopher Pike
The Danger Gang- By Tom Fletcher
The House With Chicken Legs – By Sophie Anderson
I must say, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed watching these recommendations and I cannot wait to see what else the are both reading and recommending next week.
I really enjoyed doing my book recommendation and it was really fun to create! I can’t wait to see everyone else’s because every one that I have watched have been really good! 🙂
