-Grab a skipping rope
-Warm up
-Take part in the two-minute challenge.
It is literally that simple.
Score counters were set, skipping commenced and I am sure that everybody felt better for it going into the school day. I know I certainly went into the school day feel energised and positive.
Well done, everybody. Thanks to DJ Mason on the decks, the Bronze Ambassadors for being present and correct as always and of course thank you to everybody who came and participated.
