Despite it being a rather busy week for some, we still had time for yet another Fitness Thursday. This week, we brought back good old Skipping! The children began by developing their skipping technique before completing the 2-minute challenge. Challenges were met and skips were counted. We are overwhelmingly happy with just how popular Fitness Thursday continues to be and we love seeing so many children coming up to the top playground in order to exercise and energize before the school day commences.

Skipping in the sunshine before school? I cannot think of a better way to start the day?
