Does the material your trousers are made of affect the speed you travel down a slide in the park?

We made a slide using tinfoil and a classroom table – tilted.

We wrapped up a wooden block (a pretend bottom) in different materials and timed how long they took to reach the bottom of the slide.

Our data was recorded and results interpreted.
