This term our PE focus is team games.  We are learning the skills needed to be a good team player such as communication, taking turns, tactics and reciprocity.  We are also building our resilience when things don’t go according to plan and we need to try something different. We are having lots of fun playing lots of new games.  Today we were lucky enough to get outside and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.  Our favourite game today was the rock, paper, scissor race.  In the hall we enjoyed team ‘tic, tac, toe’.  Some of our games involve problem solving and have needed a lot of communication skills to share ideas plus some trials and reconsiderations – watching and learning from other teams.  Have a look at our photo gallery to see some of the fun and action.
