Time to celebrate another amazing week of learning and fun. Our story of the week has been The Train Ride (June Crebbin) and we have been singing a rhyme called ‘We’re driving in our car’.

Here you can see amazing mathematicians exploring heavier and lighter, full and empty – using some brilliant words to describe what is going on.

A variety of learning now – look out for collecting mini treasures, making and playing monster tunnel games and outdoor learning.

Here we can see exploring our rhyme by making props and adding in our own ideas too. Some amazing settings created from our story too – farm scenes and buildings. We even had a visit to a local farm to collect fresh milk!

What shall I see? Children having their snack on a train! That’s what I see. More exciting activities from school – exploring capacity, craft, maths and outdoor learning.
