This week we have had our first Relax Kids session with Sian.
In these sessions we learn about how our bodies feel at different times such as when we get excited!! Through different activities we are learning how to tune in with our bodies, regcognise how we feel and start to be able to calm ourselves down.
During relax kids we follow 7 steps, these are; Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe and Relax!
