What an amazing first week back we have had Year 5!  We are so proud of your resilience in settling in so quickly to your new class and the Unit 3!  What superstars you all are.

We have begun the year with our feet running with a writing Cold Task, a Time Capsule letter, Shout it Out posters, thinking about our Rights and Responsibilities and starting our Groundbreaking Greeks topic, phew!

We have also started our new class novel, Who Let the Gods Out, by Maz Evans!  We are looking forward to meeting her soon!

Have a lovely weekend and a well deserved rest and we will see you superstars next week for more brilliant Year 5 learning.  Don’t forget to bring in any Groundbreaking Greeks Home Learning you may have completed over the summer!
