Well Being Wednesday!

Year 5 have previously talked about well being and being healthy both mentally and physically – or healthy on the inside and out.  For our learning today,  our well being target was to ‘Be active’. We are all allowed to go out and we are so lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world with countryside, nature and beaches on our doorstep.   We made the most of it … even in the rain!

Year 5 managed some truly creative ‘Be active’ activities from walking dogs, meeting cows on a stroll, creating keep fit videos,  running in the rain, cycling, circuits and even some Just Dance workouts too.

I wonder what next Wednesday’s well being activity will be?
