Here, at last, for your eyes only, a special screening of the One and Only Southill Year 5, canoeing the River Wye earlier this term!  Watch and enjoy the game of football and the racing boats as we learn how to handle the vessels.  See how we work as a team to control, steer and manoeuvre the canoes expertly.  Revel in our resilience as we overcome our fears; of the water, of losing our balance and of losing a game of river football to Mr Mason.  Finally, watch in awe and amazement as we expertly handle the Raging Rapids of Wye, using our resourceful paddling and reciprocal teamwork to make it safely through to the other side!

This was a phenomenal experience and an achievement to be truly proud of.  Year 5 worked so hard all day and had The Most Fun Ever!  Apologies for the delay, but it is an honour to share this memory with you all, so sit back, peruse the photographs and enjoy the video.  Just ignore the super excited teacher yelling in the background!
