It was eerily quiet as the teachers went from room to room waking everyone up this morning! Everyone went to bed and straight to sleep as they were so, so tired after our mammoth canoe adventure yesterday. Everyone was in good spirits though and packed up their rooms before enjoying their breakfast.

Our activities this morning were archery and shelter building.

We enjoyed our final picnic lunch before trekking back through the forest and onto our coach for home. Everyone is very tired.

It has been an amazing trip. I’m very grateful to Dan, Emily and Mrs Wallis for being so fantastic and making sure the children had everything they need to have such a great time.

One last (yucky) point – please check your child for ticks as there was a lot of long grass around.
