Our Stormbreak Champions: Hopeful and Optimistic
A huge well done to our Stormbreak Champions who have shown incredible positivity this week. These pupils have demonstrated what it truly means to be hopeful and optimistic – looking forward with confidence, supporting their peers with encouraging words, and approaching challenges with a 'can-do' attitude.
Being hopeful and optimistic helps our children to:
- Believe in themselves and their abilities
- Bounce back from setbacks with resilience
- Inspire others around them with their positive outlook
- Approach new learning with enthusiasm and confidence
We're so proud of how these champions are role-modelling these important life skills for their classmates.

Our Star Learners: Super Reflective
This week's star learners have truly impressed us with their reflective approach to learning. These pupils have shown they can:
- Think carefully about their learning and what they've achieved
- Identify what they've done well and what they could improve
- Learn from their mistakes and use them as stepping stones to success
- Set themselves goals for future learning
Being reflective is such an important skill – it helps children become independent learners who can take ownership of their progress. We've been delighted to see these star learners pause, think deeply, and make thoughtful decisions about their next steps.

Celebrating Success at Home
We'd love you to continue celebrating these achievements at home. Why not ask your child:
- What made them feel hopeful or optimistic this week?
- What have they learned about themselves as a learner?
- What are they most proud of?
- What would they like to get even better at?
Thank you for your continued support in helping our children develop not just academically, but as confident, thoughtful individuals ready to take on the world.
Well done to all our celebrated pupils – you're all stars!
Have a happy weekend!
