Free Wellbeing Workshop for Reception and KS1 families
We're pleased to invite you to a free one-off workshop designed specifically for parents and carers of children in Key Stage 1.
Foundations to Wellbeing Workshop
This one-hour session is for parents/carers who are looking to understand more and support their child within KS1. The session covers understanding developmental norms, psychoeducation of the brain, pillars of wellbeing, and strategies to support wellbeing for early years.
What you'll gain from attending:
- A better understanding of what's typical for your child's age and stage of development
- Insight into how children's brains develop and what this means for their behaviour and emotions
- Practical strategies you can use at home to support your child's wellbeing
- The opportunity to ask questions and connect with other parents
Workshop details:
- Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours
- Date: Thursday 6 November
- Time: 9.00-10.30
- Location: Library
