Monday 12.1.26- Celebrating Our 2%ers!

Our 2% Assembly was a brilliant opportunity to come together as a school community and celebrate the effort, achievements and positive attitudes that make such a difference every day.

We began by recognising out-of-school achievements, celebrating the fantastic things our children are getting up to beyond the classroom. From clubs and sports to personal challenges and hobbies, it’s wonderful to see how our pupils continue to shine in so many different ways.

A huge well done to our Lexia champions and Times Table Rockstars who have shown real commitment to developing their reading and maths skills. Your hard work, perseverance and determination are great examples of what it means to be a 2%er.

🌱 Stormbreak Focus: Self-Care

This week’s Stormbreak focus is Self-Care, reminding us all of the importance of looking after our minds and bodies. We talked about simple but powerful ways children can practise self-care, such as getting enough rest, talking about their feelings, taking time to relax, and doing things that make them feel happy and calm. Learning how to care for ourselves helps us to be ready to learn, grow and support others too.

It was a lovely assembly full of celebration, reflection and positivity — a great reminder that success comes in many forms and every small step forward matters.

Well done to everyone who was celebrated, and thank you for continuing to be fantastic 2%ers!
